I had a frustrating experience with their customer support. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, the answers were short and not helpful at all. I get that teams can be busy, but it’s basic decency to at least make a customer feel heard. i felt ignored the whole time, and I wouldn’t shop here again.

they felt fine when i first got them, but after about a week the frames started getting loose and then one side cracked. i didn’t drop them or do anything rough with them, so that was frustrating. not happy with how they held up.

They looked fine. Fit was bad though. Tight on the sides, but still slid down my nose. Weird. My ears hurt after an hour. Not comfy. Wouldn’t buy again.

I went on lavishspecs.com thinking I’d have fun browsing for frames that felt a little different, but i got disappointed quickly. The selection felt way smaller than I expected, and after clicking around for a bit, a lot of the styles started to blend together.
I was hoping to find certain colors or something that actually felt like me, but there just wasn’t much that stood out. Maybe I missed a section somewhere, but it gave me the feeling of a tiny boutique with higher prices, and I didn’t feel excited enough to buy anything.

I was just trying to browse and place an order, but the site made it a hassle. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t really make sense, and checkout on my phone felt glitchy. It should’ve been a simple thing, but it ended up being frustrating.

The tracking on my order barely updated at all, so I had no idea where my package was most of the time. I kept thinking it was lost, well, maybe not lost, but it definitely felt like nobody knew where it was. Frustrating experience overall.

The return process was way more frustrating than I expected!! I had to keep following up just to get any updates, and it wasn’t clear what was going on with my refund. Support took a while to respond, and I ended up spending way too much time dealing with it. Not a great experience for me.

Not gonna lie, the lens quality feels a bit hit or miss. They seemed clear when I first put them on, but I noticed some glare while driving at night, and the edges felt a little off to me. They’re not bad for the price, but they definitely don’t feel as good as my last pair.

I got the glasses and right away I could tell something wasn’t right. I’m assuming the prescription must have been entered wrong or mixed up somehow, because every time I tried wearing them my eyes started hurting. Usually I can adjust to new glasses after a bit, but these just felt off from the start.

The main thing I noticed was the shipping. I kept checking for an update and there was just nothing for what felt like ages. Can’t really comment on much else yet since it still hasn’t arrived.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. The sizing was way off and didn’t match the size chart at all, so it ended up not fitting like I expected.

I expected a lot more for the price. They make it sound like you're getting something really worth the money, but the reality just didn’t match the promises. It felt overpriced for what you actually get, and I wouldn’t say it was worth it...
